Rates

We are a Friday or Monday start with a 3 night min booking.

​

Weekly rate - 7 nights

Weekend rate - 3 nights

Midweek rate - 3 or 4 nights (contact us for rates)

No reservation or hold will be made on general date/rate enquiries.

​

We do allow for provisional bookings to be made and will hold for a limited time.  

If you would like to place a provisional hold on a date please ask.  The dates will be released if the deposit payment is not received within the time allowed.

Please contact us to enquire about specific dates and seasons as these prices are a guide only and subject to change.  We may also be able to offer you specific start and end dates that differ from our standard changeover.

We offer 7 night stays at a discount on our nightly rates, offering you great value to stay for a full week.

​

Repeat guests will receive 5% off.

(£1,764 for a week with the weekly discount)

Pets

​

We accept up to 2 dogs at no extra charge, we just ask that you closely follow our house rules for pets.

 Security deposit

​

A security deposit will be added to your booking at time of payment.  This is refundable 14 days following departure.
